A Snippet of Who I Am
I thrive on finding new and interesting places. I love great conversations; even though, I am usually more of a listener. My obsession at the moment is training my new lab rescue puppy and getting her ready for hikes in the spring. I like to see bands...live music is always the way to go...jazz, rock, indie, folk, alternative, ska, blues...love it all. For fun, I am usually out at restaurants with friends, having game night, catching a concert, or at the movies. I enjoy the arts and nerdy things.

Music, how can anyone live without it.
Traveling is a must. I have been to England, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Honduras, Costa Rica, Mexico, Bahamas, Jamaica, India, and United Arab Emirates. I, also, want to make it to each state in the U. S.
My Job:
I was a sixth grade earth science teacher at a math/science magnet school. The reduction of force in the education system has made me now unemployed. How lovely.
My Education:
I have a BS in Middle Grades Education with certifications in Language Arts, Science, Social Science, Gifted Education and High School General Science. I, also, have a minor in Religious Studies.
Favorite Hot Spots:
Little Five Pizza, Two Urban Licks, La Fonda, Cafe Intermezzo, Costa Rica, Colombia I am comfortable in just about any scene, but only really go to clubs to listen to music. Road trips are a must. I love spontaneous trips to the beach or the mountains. I love being outside in nature.

My Pets:
I have 3 dogs (Sadie, Kayse, Goliath) and a cat (McKenzie). I have a beta fish (Fuego). And now home from my classroom, I have a bearded dragon (Hercules), a red eared slider (Bobette) and two eyelash crested geckos (Zig and Zag).
